Good evening, 4th graders! What a great day it was outside and inside our classroom today! Are you enjoying reading The Castle in the Attic? It is beginning to get really good. Tomorrow we will continue on and see how the quest begins. Tonight, the extra is a BIG one and worth LOTS! Here it is…..
Write a short letter (in letter form) to Jason pretending to be William and explain to him where you have gone.
Good Luck! Don’t forget tomorrow is Hippie Day.

Hello, 4th graders! Today we were finally able to get started on our new science unit…magnets and electricity. I realize we didn’t get too far, but I am already thrilled with all the knowledge you have about magnets. Here is a game that is fun yet quite challenging. Give it a try.
See you tomorrow!

ISAT is over, but math fact boot camp is beginning! This week, we are going to master long division and with lots of practice, sharpen our math facts. (multiplication and division) If you have flashcards at home, please get them out and start practicing. A quick review every night will help tremendously. Here is a fun link to practice both sets of facts. I gave it try and of course, need to practice. Not my facts, but my invader attack skills.
Have fun!

I am offering a reward to anyone who can help us locate Paul’s library book from today. I have searched the room, checked
the art room and lockers. If you know the whereabouts of Scholastic Book of World Records 2010 you are eligible for a reward.
Keep your eyes peeled. Someone may have accidentally put it in their bookbag or desk. If found…..you can
accept the reward.
**Check the other post below for tonight.
