Super Celery Science Project

As an introduction to the scientific method, we did an experiment with celery.  We first made a hypothesis (prediction) of what we thought would happen if we put a stalk of celery in a jar of red water.  After a few days we checked our results and drew pictures in our science notebooks.

So long to my 2010-11 class of first graders.  You were awesome, and I wish you the best in 2nd grade.  Have a happy, fun year full of learning (and give me a hug when you see me).

Good Luck!
