To celebrate the end of the Insect Unit, my students could eat a cricket in jello or chocolate. Here are some pictures.
If you ate one of the crickets, what did you think??
Check out these new species of insects that my 6th graders created! The students were asked to create a new species of insect demonstrating their knowledge of insect anatomy. They all did a great job!

SAD NEWS!!! I worked in my room on July 27, 2011 and at some point this summer the sticky note came down! I’m saddened that it came down but am impressed that it stuck to the wall for approximately 2 1/2 years!
Thanks Megan for asking “How long will a sticky note stick to a wall?” The answer…approximately 2 1/2 years!
What should we investigate next???
