Thank you all for attending Parent Teacher Conferences. It was great getting to meet with you all. Please remember if you have any questions or concerns please let me know either by email or a phone call to the school. Have a super 5 day weekend!

This week Mr. N and his noisy nose came to visit us. A nurse from the Henry County Health Department came to talk to us about hand washing and keeping our bodies healthy. Miss Paula also came for Ag in the classroom. We made pumpkin pie in a bag. It was yummy!

This week we met Mr. H and his happy hair! We also celebrated our 50th day of school by having a 50′s day. Please see the pictures in the sidebar.

This week Ms. P and her pointy patches came to visit us. We went to Happy Joe’s Pizza Parlor to make our very own Little Joe Pizza. To see the photos click on the sidebar.

This week Ms. Ff introduced us to her Funny Feet! We did all kinds of fun activities. We painted our own funny feet, the firemen came to visit  us and talk about fire safety, and we went on a fun fall walk. What are your favorite signs of fall?

This week we focused on the letter Tt. We introduced Ms. Tt and her Tall Teeth. What can you do to keep your teeth healthy? The students are working on learning their names and the names of their friends. Are you enjoying the take home bags?

This week we met Ms. Aa and her Aaachoo! We learned all about apples and even made our own homemade applesauce!

This week we focused on the letter Mm. We learned about Mr. M’s munching mouth and made our own marvelous market book. Check out our photos in the Marvelous Market page!

We are learning so much already. This month we focused on colors, shapes, and bugs.

Welcome to Mrs. Rittenhouse’s class! There are 19 wonderful students in our class this year. I am looking forward to new and fun experiences with this great group of kids!
