Tapered Roller Bearings
It is a radial thrust bearing (30000 type is mainly used for radial load, 3000B is mainly used for axial load).
The outer ring can be separated, the clearance of the bearing during installation. Generally used in pairs.
Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Belongs to radial bearings. The outer ring (or inner ring) can be separated, so it cannot bear the axial load.
The rollers are positioned axially by the ribs of the inner ring (or outer ring), and a small amount of axial misalignment of the inner and outer rings is allowed during operation.
The allowable amount of deflection of the inner and outer rings is small.
This type of bearing can also have no inner ring or outer ring.
The difference between roller bearings and ball bearings
Ball bearing: Determine the relative position of the two components (usually the shaft and the bearing seat) to ensure that they rotate freely while transmitting the load. At high speeds (such as in gyro ball bearings), this application can be extended to include free rotation, while the bearing has almost no wear.
Roller bearings: Support rotating parts by rolling contact. Different rolling bearings can withstand different radial and axial forces. When selecting rolling bearings, they should be selected according to specific working conditions.
