Animal foaming agents use animal protein as the main raw material, the foam strength and uniformity are better than that of vegetable foaming agents. But it is more expensive. And it has a short shelf life. Especially in the hot summer climate, the progress of the project will be prolonged, and more materials will be needed.

Compound foaming agents are developed by the composite method, which absorbs the advantages of vegetable and animal foaming agents and makes up for the shortcomings of both, so the compound foaming agent is the best choice in actual construction.

 

Various Composite Method

1. The complementary method 

In view of each component having its own advantages, combining multiple components can achieve complementary advantages. For example, some foaming agent has strong foaming ability but is not stable, we can use other types of foaming agents to help them achieve stability. If the foaming agent costs too much, we can compound it with other cheap foaming agents without damaging the overall performance.

2. The coordination method 

Sometimes, multiple compounds do not complement each other, but can be synergistic.  For example, the performance of the two or three is not good enough in one respect, but when they compound, the synergistic effect could be reached, so that the effect is greatly enhanced. The synergistic effect is the most common technical principle of various admixtures.

3. The synergistic method:

When the effect of some single component foaming agent is not good in a certain aspect, synergistic ingredients can be used to strengthen it, so that it becomes better than inferior. 

4. Increase function method:

Some foaming agents have less function and cannot meet the demand of a certain aspect of the product function, which can be solved by the method of admixture.
